Major Global Mining and Resources Company (2012): Over a 3 month period collaborated with the IT leadership team for BHP Iron Ore IT function to design a Target Operating Model and implementation roadmap aligned to the 3-year strategic goals laid down by the CIO. Design of Target Operating Model for the IT function.

Australian Subsidiary of Global Services Company (2003-2004): Undertook then role of Acting CIO for 12 months managing a program of parallel ERP implementations using JDE for Asset Management Contracts in Australia and New Zealand. Provided leadership in presenting IT strategy to prospective customers and led the IT contribution to a range of Asset Management bids.

Major Australian Bank (1995): Over a 3 month period led an International Consulting team undertake an IT-wide benchmarking review and assessment. Implementation recommendations ultimately led to the Bank's initial outsourcing of the IT function.
