APAC Mining Company (2014): 13-week engagement to facilitate the development of a Future State artefacts in preparation for the Enterprise-wide implementation of SAP ERP. This involved the facilitation of a series of high-impact workshops with the CEO and his direct reports and subsequently with a group of 20 managerson-site at the mine camp in PNG. The Target Operating Model defined the Business Capabilities and the mapping to the functionality provided by the SAP platform. The deliverables were important in enabling the Managers define the value realisation activities that were part of the Organisational Change Management work plan.
Malaysian Bank (2012): 13-week engagement to facilitate the development of Future State artefacts including Enterprise Architecture deliverables for the next generation business model for a consumer market segment ‘Easy Banking by ...’. The resultant ‘Easy 2.0’ Target Operating Model and implementation roadmap enabled the IT department to evaluate potential core banking systems and CRM solution components that were needed to enable the Easy business take the next step in customer experience and convenience.
New Zealand Energy Generator and Retailer (2010): 13-week engagement to facilitate the development of Future State artefacts in preparation of the implementation of the SAP ERP solution for the Retail division of this fully integrated Energy Company. This involved the facilitation of high-impact workshops with the GM Retail and her direct reports mapping the resultant Business Capabilities to the SAP platform and unpacking the Business Benefits by aligning to Business Outcomes and value realisation roadmap.
