Highlighted Engagements:

APAC Mining Company (2014): 18 month implementation of SAP ERP post the Strategic future state development. The artefacts from the Target Operating Model, Business Outcomes, Capability definitions and Value realisation roadmap all mapped to the Organisational Change Management stream deliverables. Nick was responsible for the oversight of the OCM workstream with a team of 4 consultants undertake the various activities of Training, Communications and Change Impact assessments.  Nick personally attended the Steering Committees and maintained senior stakeholder contacts leveraging his involvement in leading the Future State design workshops.

 

Australian Trading Company (2007): Business Change Management for the post-merger integration project of West Australian broker.  Provision of Comms Manager as part of the Program Management workstream.

 

Major Australian Bank(1995): Organisational Change Management risk assessment of proposed program of change to the IT function. Undertook Impact assessment and Culture assessment through over a dozen workshops with participants at all levels in the IT organisational hierarchy.  Identified middle-management layer regarded as the ‘damp course’ requiring targeted change management activities.

 

UK Department of Transport (1993): Organisational Change Management risk assessment of introduction of common Project Management tool for use in planning and design of major road projects. Workshops with over twenty Project Managers revealed a very high risk of implementing a standardised project management tool simply to enhance reporting.  Results of workshops led to a re-think of the project goals and Outcomes.
